This role supports permanency goals and collaborates with families to ensure safety and well-being.

Under supervision, you will conduct assessments, develop safety plans, facilitate family-centered plans, and participate in after-hours

Responsabilités

• Initiates timely, face-to-face responses to screened-in reports of alleged child maltreatment and conducts assessments that identify and address safety concerns.
• Develops and implements safety plans to address identified concerns.
• Collaborates with community partners to create systems of support for children and families.

Formation

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
