Job summary

MySpectrum is seeking a Therapist (Child) to provide therapy for children aged 5-12 via HIPAA-compliant teletherapy, with optional in-office sessions at our North Chesterfield, VA location. The role offers flexible hours, a pay-per-session model, and opportunities for in-person support as needed.

The ideal candidate is licensed in Virginia (LCSW or LPC), has experience with children in virtual settings, and enjoys creating engaging, creative therapy approaches.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LCSW or LPC in Virginia and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Registered Play Therapist desired.
• Experience with children in a virtual setting.
• Experience with diverse populations.
• Creative toolbox to engage children online.
• Must have high-speed internet access.
• HIPAA compliant space for sessions.
• Comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy virtually in 45-60 minute blocks.
• Complete Assessments, Treatment Plans, and Progress Notes.
• Provide input on strategies and services for clients.
• Be an integral part of MySpectrum's growth.
