Job summary

Sphere Labs is seeking a Head of Compliance to build and lead a scalable, crypto-native compliance program. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Ops and Risk to design guardrails for new business lines and oversee onboarding, monitoring, and regulatory actions.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep AML/KYC/KYB knowledge, and the ability to mentor a growing team in a fast-moving, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building or maturing a compliance program in crypto/fintech or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, KYB frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to write SOPs and guide cross-functional teams.
