Job summary

Telcoin Digital Asset Bank (TDAB) in Norfolk, NE seeks a Chief Compliance Officer who will also serve as BSA Officer. You will own BSA/AML, CFT, OFAC across fiat and digital assets and report to Board Risk/Audit Committee.

Lead a growing financial crimes compliance function, build scalable controls, manage regulatory examinations, and partner with Legal and Engineering to embed compliance into products and operations.

Qualifications

• Lead the BSA/AML/CFT and OFAC program across fiat and digital asset activity.
• Draft and annually refresh BSA/AML and sanctions policies, procedures, and risk appetite.
• Report program status, metrics and material issues to the Board and senior management quarterly.
• Own the enterprise BSA/AML and sanctions risk assessment including products, customers, geographies and channels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CIP, KYC, KYB and enhanced due diligence for different customer segments.
• Set customer risk-rating methodology and review cycles.
• Approve onboarding of high-risk customers including other VASP and money services businesses.
