Telcoin Digital Asset Bank (TDAB) in Norfolk, Nebraska is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer who will also serve as the Board-designated BSA Officer. You will own the BSA/AML, sanctions, and OFAC compliance program across fiat and digital asset activity while reporting to the Board Risk/Audit Committee.

This senior leadership role drives program governance, regulatory examinations, and scalable processes as the Bank grows in a flexible work environment offering remote, hybrid, or on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, criminal justice, law, business or related field.
• 8+ years of BSA/AML compliance experience at a bank, trust company or regulated money transmitter.
• 3+ years as a BSA Officer, deputy or program lead.
• 2+ years of direct experience with digital assets, virtual currency or a VASP/crypto exchange.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Certifications such as CAMS, CAMS-FCI, CRCM or CFE preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the enterprise BSA/AML and sanctions program across fiat and digital asset activity.
• Lead regulatory examinations and remediation, and report to senior leadership and the Board.
• Oversee transaction monitoring, screening, and case investigations; manage SAR and CTR processes.
• Develop and deliver role-based BSA/AML training for the Board, employees, and contractors.
• Build and scale the compliance function, budgeting, and vendor management.
