Job summary

Telcoin Digital Asset Bank seeks a senior compliance executive to own the BSA/AML program for fiat and digital assets. You will report to the Board Risk/Audit Committee and lead a team of compliance professionals.

You will drive customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, blockchain analytics, and regulatory examinations while shaping the compliance operating model and budget in collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years BSA/AML experience with a focus on digital assets.
• 3+ years as BSA Officer or program lead.
• CAMS or CFE certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BSA/AML, CTR/SAR, Travel Rule, and OFAC screening across fiat and digital assets.
• Lead regulatory examinations and remediation of findings; report to Board Risk/Audit Committee.
• Build the compliance operating model and budget; partner with Product & Engineering.

Job description

• You will own the Bank's BSA/AML, counter-terrorist financing, and OFAC sanctions compliance program across fiat and digital asset activity.
• Reporting to the Board Risk/Audit Committee, you will be the primary regulatory contact and lead a team of compliance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, blockchain analytics, and Travel Rule implementation.
• Manage SAR decisioning, CTRs, OFAC screening, and regulatory examinations, remediating any findings.
• Build the compliance operating model and budget, partnering with Product and Engineering on new products.

Requirements:

• Bring 8+ years of BSA/AML compliance experience, including 3+ years as a BSA Officer or program lead.
• Have direct experience with digital assets and leading regulatory examinations, with certifications like CAMS or CFE.
• Be authorized to work in the United States and comfortable with both fiat and on-chain compliance.
