Job summary

Nash is a logistics AI company hiring a Head of Corporate Communications to shape our external narrative from a remote HQ. You will lead corporate storytelling for press, analysts, customers, partners and employees, and partner with the CEO on external voice.

You’ll own media relations, analyst relations, executive communications, and crisis planning, building a category around autonomic logistics while guiding a small, senior team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate communications at a high-growth B2B technology company
• Experience building analyst relations programs for a complex enterprise platform
• Proven relationships with business, technology and trade press
• Experience preparing C-level executives as spokespeople
• Uses Claude for research and prep beyond copy editing
• Exceptional writing with strong opinions, discretion to listen

Responsibilities

• Own Nash's corporate narrative across press, analysts, customers, partners and our own team
• Build media and analyst relations programs that establish understanding of autonomic logistics
• Build analyst relations from scratch so autonomic logistics becomes a category
• Prepare our CEO and senior leaders as spokespeople, each with a recognizable voice
• Own internal communications, so the team hears important news from us before they read it anywhere else
• Turn customer wins into public proof, making sure every figure can survive a reporter asking how it was calculated
• Own issues and crisis management, along with speaking, awards and agency relationships
