Job summary

Oasis Health Partners in the United States is seeking a Head of Clinical Strategy & Program Operations to lead the clinical strategy and design scalable programs across independent primary care practices.

Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer, you will guide the product, data, and technology partnerships, drive performance through KPIs, and build high‑performing teams that improve quality and reduce medical expense for Medicare value-based care.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in value-based care delivery or clinical operations.
• Proven track record building new healthcare programs from idea to scale.
• Deep understanding of impact on quality and medical expense.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills translating problems into solutions.
• Experience partnering with Product, Analytics, and Technology teams to build data- and AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred.

• Shape population health and total cost of care strategy.
• Lead design and operation of scalable clinical programs.
• Guide product, data, and technology partnerships.
• Translate priorities into actionable requirements for cross-functional teams.
