Job summary

NeoGenomics is seeking a Clinical Director of Digital Pathology to lead the clinical strategy, adoption, and utilization of digital pathology and AI-enabled solutions across the organization. You will partner with the Enterprise Head of Digital Pathology and cross-functional teams to support innovation, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence while also serving as a staff pathologist.

This role can be onsite in Aliso Viejo, CA or remote with travel to lab sites.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree and board certification in Anatomic Pathology or Anatomic and Clinical Pathology required.
• Active unrestricted Medical License to practice in CA or FL.
• Fellowship in pathology informatics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for digital pathology initiatives and drive validation/verification studies.
• Lead evaluation and deployment of AI-enabled diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity.
• Serve as staff pathologist providing diagnostic interpretation and clinical expertise.
