Job summary

NeoGenomics is seeking a Clinical Director of Digital Pathology, a physician leader overseeing clinical strategy, adoption, and use of digital pathology and AI across the organization. You will partner with the Enterprise Head of Digital Pathology and support innovation, compliance, and integration with Medical Services.

Qualifications

MD/DO with board certification in Anatomic Pathology or Anatomic & Clinical Pathology.
Active unrestricted medical license in CA or FL and willingness to obtain others.
3+ years of post-training experience in digital pathology and computational pathology.
Fellowship in pathology informatics preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and strategic direction for digital pathology initiatives.
Serve as medical expert for digital pathology platforms, image analysis, and AI tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure compliance.
Oversee validation/verification studies for digital pathology systems and AI tools.
