Our Lady of the Lake University seeks a dynamic Vice President for Advancement to serve as the chief advancement officer and strategic partner to the President. The VPA will design and execute comprehensive fundraising, alumni engagement, and corporate/foundation relations initiatives to secure transformational gifts and strengthen the University's financial capacity.

The role requires a proven track record in major gifts, strategic planning, and leading an enterprise-wide fundraising program

Formación

• Must have a sustained record of senior leadership in advancement/fundraising.
• Experience leading government grants, corporate and foundation relations is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel fundraising campaigns and donor pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the chief fundraising strategist for the university.
• Personally manage a portfolio of major and principal gift prospects.
• Partner with the President and Board to drive transformational philanthropy.
• Lead campaign readiness assessment and develop governance structures for advancement.
• Oversee advancement operations, CRM adoption, and data analytics.
