Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field and an active New Jersey teaching license in Chemistry 6-12.
• Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings.
• Comfortable with a live online classroom and on-camera teaching.
• Hands-on experience with online learning platforms, virtual instruction tools, and productivity software.
• Ability to read student performance data and adjust live instruction accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, on-camera instruction for five or more hours daily.
• Personalize instruction using student performance data.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain accurate records.
