Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed process designs for specialty chemical manufacturing units.
• Perform process simulations to evaluate design options, optimize operating conditions, and predict performance.
• Design and execute pilot plant studies to validate process designs and gather scale-up data.
• Prepare process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and equipment specifications.
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments for new and modified processes.
• Collaborate with R&D chemists and engineers to ensure smooth technology transfer.
