Responsibilities

• Lead development and scale-up of new specialty polymer formulations and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct lab and pilot-scale experiments to optimize reaction conditions, product properties, and process efficiency.
• Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and P&IDs for new processes.
• Perform process hazard analyses (PHA) and risk assessments for safe operations.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges related to polymer synthesis, processing, and characterization.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and technical service teams to ensure seamless technology transfer.
