Sales Match is seeking a Chat Support Representative who handles live chat and email inquiries from home in New York. You will clarify product information, answer questions, and move conversations toward a timely, useful resolution.

The role is fully remote with a 40-hour weekly commitment and varying shifts. You’ll collaborate with the customer support team and product specialists, using LiveChat, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Zoho CRM to track tickets, review history, and log updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related chat/email experience preferred.
• Excellent written communication with clear, concise language.
• Familiarity with chat queues, emails, service tickets, and escalation.
• Willingness to learn support platforms and CRM systems.
• Ability to identify main requests and ask focused questions.
• Stable home internet, quiet workspace, and US work authorization.
• Commitment to 40 hours per week and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle live chat and email inquiries, identify main requests, and respond clearly.
• Use chat tools to exchange messages and guide customers toward resolution.
• Reference product info and approved guidance to avoid promises.
• Log tickets in Salesforce Service Cloud with actions and status.
• Check customer history in Zoho CRM and update notes.
• Explain account navigation and service options in simple terms.
• Follow up on missing information and escalate when needed.
• Close tickets with summary and next steps per team procedures.
• Maintain high-quality interactions and participate in coaching.
