This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $107,500 along with benefits such as health insurance and generous paid leave.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in payments, fraud, dispute, or chargeback operations.
• At least 2 years in a people management role.
• Deep knowledge of card network dispute rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations team.
• Oversee chargeback queue operations.
• Manage the BPO relationship and track performance.
