Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Channel Presales Technical Architect to grow technical advocacy for storage solutions with partners in the Miami/Southern Florida area. This role combines storage architecture with partner enablement, working with partner sellers and engineers on live opportunities.

You will build and run enablement sessions, craft architected solutions, and help partners develop long-term capability to lead with HPE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of technical presales experience with a major storage vendor or storage-focused channel partner.
• Hands-on experience in pitching, demoing and architecting complex storage solutions.
• Knowledge of virtualization and at least two application stacks (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle or SAP).
• Hands-on knowledge of at least one major public cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Storage lifecycle expertise: block, file, backup, ransomware protection.

Responsibilities

• Build partner technical advocacy and enablement programs.
• Deliver demos and architected storage solutions tied to business outcomes.
• Support PoCs and solution configurations to meet customer requirements.
• Develop competitive strategies to win against competitors.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and enable partner handoffs.
