Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Onboard and enable newly recruited VAR reps, guiding them to actively close Lantronix deals.
• Lead onboarding journeys, including kickoff, training, certification, and first qualified opportunities.
• Coach reps on positioning, discovery, and competitive differentiation; support deal registration and portal navigation.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and report onboarding-to-activation metrics with channel teams.
