Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance required.
• CFP designation required; FINRA 6, 63, 65 or 7/66 licenses required.
• Two years of experience in financial services with focus on financial planning.
• Knowledge of Profiles or Money Guide Pro or similar planning software.
• Strong analytical and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Advises on retirement income plan development with product features and procedures.
• Prepares comprehensive financial plans and needs assessments using approved software.
• Prepares alternatives and recommendations for client presentations.
• Partners with Sales to manage open proposals and drive outcomes.
• Develops and conducts producer training in the office and in the field.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and firm policies.
• Compiles market and client insights for planning and marketing efforts.
• Conducts retirement planning seminars for clients and producers.
