Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in finance required.
• FINRA 6 license and CFP designation required; licenses obtained as directed by business unit.
• Two years of experience in financial services with specialization in financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Advises customers and internal/external sales on retirement income plan development and product recommendations.
• Prepares comprehensive financial plans and needs assessments using approved software.
• Prepares alternatives and presents plan to client.
• Partners with Sales to drive open proposals and track outcomes.
• Develops and conducts producer training in-office and in the field.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and firm policies.
