Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance with two years in financial services.
• CFP designation and FINRA licenses required; willingness to obtain others.
• Experience with financial planning software and client consultations.

Responsibilities

• Advises on retirement income plan development and product features for existing clients.
• Prepares comprehensive financial plans and needs-based assessments using approved planning software.
• Prepares alternatives and recommendations for client presentations.
• Partners with Sales to drive status and outcomes of proposals.
• Develops and conducts producer training in the corporate office and in the field.
• Meets regulatory requirements and supports compliance and privacy policies.
• Maintains detailed records of client interactions and recommendations as required.
