LearnLux is seeking a Certified Financial Planner to join a fast‑growing team delivering workplace financial wellbeing. You’ll bring deep equity compensation expertise to help members make complex, high‑stakes decisions while guiding a full range of financial topics.

This is a 100% remote role within the US, reporting to the Director of Financial Planning. You’ll work directly with employees, shaping how LearnLux delivers guidance as we scale and support positions from budgeting to retirement

Qualifications

• Active CFP designation with at least 5 years of post‑designation experience.
• Hands‑on experience advising on holistic financial plans including equity compensation and tax implications.
• Comfort navigating both high net worth planning and everyday financial guidance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the team’s go‑to expert on equity compensation and client strategies.
• Meet with clients remotely via video, chat, and email on budgeting, retirement, debt, investments, taxes, and more.
• Shape LearnLux responses to a changing regulatory environment using LearnLux methodologies.
• Contribute to weekly team meetings to enhance the broader team's approach.
• Act as an extension of employer partners by understanding their benefit plans.
• Collaborate with content to develop outlines, lessons, and videos with emphasis on equity compensation and tax planning.
• Design and lead engagement campaigns for employer partners, including webinars and occasional on‑site events.
• Provide coverage across shifts from 7 AM to 11 PM ET Mon‑Fri, and 9 AM to 4 PM ET Saturdays.
