LearnLux is seeking a part-time Certified Financial Planner to join our remote team in the United States. You will work directly with employees to provide unbiased, holistic financial guidance using our digital platform and one-on-one planning resources.

You’ll guide clients on budgeting, retirement readiness, debt management, equity compensation, and benefits enrollment, reporting to the Director of Financial Planning. CFP designation required and strong client-service orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote financial guidance to employees via video, chat, and email.
• Discuss budgeting, student loans, retirement readiness, equity compensation, debt management.
• Advise on LearnLux methodology and respond to the changing financial environment.
• Join monthly team meetings to contribute subject matter expertise.
• Become expert on client benefit plans to support open enrollment.
