Job summary

LearnLux is seeking a part-time Certified Financial Planner to join a fast-growing, remote team in the United States. You will work directly with employees to provide unbiased, holistic financial guidance, helping with budgeting, retirement planning, equity compensation, debt management, and more.

The position is 100% remote within the US and reports to the Director of Financial Planning. You’ll engage clients via video, chat and email and may travel occasionally for on-site events.

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple areas of personal finance: Retirement, Equity Compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, Student Loans, cash flow planning, digital currencies, estate planning, insurance and more.
• Passion for educating individuals to take control of their financial future.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and adapt to evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbiased, holistic financial guidance to employees via remote sessions (video, chat, email).
• Cover topics such as budgeting, student loans, retirement readiness, equity compensation, debt management and more.
• Explain LearnLux methodology and tailor guidance to changing financial environments.
• Join monthly team meetings to share subject-matter expertise and improve the digital experience.
• Act as an extension of clients' teams during open enrollment.
