LearnLux is hiring a Certified Financial Planner to join a fast-growing team redefining financial wellness at work. You’ll bring deep equity compensation expertise to help members navigate high-stakes decisions while delivering holistic plans for a broad range of clients.

You’ll work directly with employees, shape delivery playbooks as we scale a remote-first startup, and collaborate with content, engagement, and partnerships teams to support employer programs across the US.

Qualifications

• Active CFP designation with deep equity compensation experience.
• Proven ability to build holistic financial plans including tax implications.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the team’s equity compensation expert for clients.
• Meet with clients remotely to cover budgeting, retirement, taxes, and investments.
• Shape LearnLux responses to regulatory changes and market shifts.
• Contribute to weekly team discussions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Align with client company benefits to act as an extension of their team.
• Collaborate with content to develop educational materials and campaigns.
