Job summary

B2B CFO® & B2B EXIT® is seeking an entrepreneurial CFO to lead your own advisory practice nationwide from anywhere in the USA. You will guide business owners with strategic finance, cash flow improvement, and sale readiness while leveraging the brand and resources of the firm.

As a Partner, you will deliver high-impact financial advisory services, help clients obtain financing, and position businesses for successful exits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a CFO (or equivalent, such as financial vice president/VP of finance) in privately held companies within the USA.
• At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation.
• Bonus: Has a Series 7 and/or 79 license.

Responsibilities

• Provide a diverse range of strategic business advisory services to help owners increase cash flow and profitability.
• Assist clients with private company sale/buy readiness and strategic planning.
• Help clients secure bank loans and optimize financing as part of growing their consulting practice.
