Mindrift is seeking a CFD-focused engineer to help train and evaluate AI agents on expert-level fluid simulations. You will take CAD geometry, set up and run simulations, build reference solutions, and write Python checks for the agent's results.

The role requires hands-on CFD experience with OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent/CFX, or STAR-CCM+, plus strong Python and GitHub skills. Remote work with flexible hours is offered, and English at B2 level is expected.

Formación

• A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Several years of hands-on CFD with OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent/CFX or STAR-CCM+, including meshing.
• Solid verification and validation practices: mesh-independence studies and validation against experiments or benchmarks.
• Comfortable with Python and GitHub.
• English at B2 level or above.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and run simulations from CAD geometry and project requirements.
• Build verified reference solutions and document methodologies.
• Write Python checks to validate agent results.
• Assist in training and evaluating AI agents on expert-level fluid simulation tasks.
• Work remotely with flexible scheduling and clear communication.
