Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking remote teachers to support classrooms across districts. The role involves following provided lesson plans, maintaining engagement, and adapting methods to individual student needs in a fully remote setting.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and PA substitute certification or be willing to pursue emergency certification. Background checks must be cleared, and hours align with district schedules (Mon–Fri).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PA Substitute Teaching Certification or willingness to obtain emergency certification/building sub permit.
• Ability to pass State Criminal Record Check, State Child Abuse checks and FBI background check.

Responsibilities

• Fully remote opportunity.
• Follow the lesson plans left by the substituting teacher per district goals.
• Follow lesson plans from the regular teacher to ensure cohesive learning.
• Manage the classroom to encourage participation and minimize distractions.
• Adapt teaching methods to fit individual student needs.
• Supervise students in and out of the classroom and provide assignments.

Our client is seeking Remote/Cyber Teachers in your area!

Remote Teachers are assigned to classrooms who need assistance to maintain appropriate and equitable participation in school.

CLIENT'S HOURLY RATE & AVAILABLE HOURS

• Up to $27/hr depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.
• Monday-Friday (8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.)

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Fully remote opportunity
• Follow the lesson plan(s) left by the teacher for whom you are substituting in accordance with districts philosophy, goals and objectives.
• Follow lesson plans provided by the regular Teacher to create a cohesive and consistent learning experience for students
• Manage the classroom effectively to encourage student participation, minimize distractions and maintain a positive learning environment
• Adapt teaching methods to fit the needs of each individual student
• Supervise students in and out of the classroom, including in the halls, on the playground and in the cafeteria
• Provide in-class and at-home assignments based on the available lesson plan

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• PA Substitute Teaching Certification or willing to go through emergency certification/ Building sub permit process
• Ability to complete and satisfactorily pass State Criminal Record Check, State Child Abuse, Department of Education FBI.
