Job summary

Euola is seeking Certified Pharmacy Technicians to support the VA Meds by Mail (MbM) program in a remote role. You will handle prescription processing, data entry, pharmacy call center activities, and patient communications, while adhering to VA policies and SOPs.

Applicants must reside within 50 miles of a VA location (including Dublin, GA), and complete VA credentialing and onboarding. A current PTCB or NHA certification and a high school diploma are required, along with strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English required.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to navigate pharmacy information systems and complete electronic documentation.
• Professional pharmacy technician certification (PTCB or NHA) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process prescription orders and perform prescription data entry.
• Review and process external prescriptions.
• Provide pharmacy call center triage and patient communications.
• Enter and maintain information in pharmacy information systems.
• Communicate therapy change requests to providers and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Follow VA policies, SOPs and complete required VA credentialing.
