Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician with licensing and credentials.
• 4+ years in healthcare, healthcare technology and delivery, or MMIS BPO with supervisory experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and contact center software used to manage operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route call center inquiries; address moderately complex questions or escalate as needed.
• Research inquiries and respond to relevant parties promptly.
• Record calls, process requests, and update account history with results.
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail per SLAs and perform data entry to verify records.
• Interface with team, management and customers on service issues.
• Review client reports weekly to ensure data integrity and report to management.
• Suggest procedural improvements to ensure efficient processing of transactions.
• Monitor daily transactions for SLA compliance.
• Possibly decide on Prior Authorizations.
