Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Code inpatient and outpatient records with ICD-10-CM & CPT-4 to the highest specificity.
• Communicate documentation needs to physicians and providers.
• Collaborate with departments on coding guidelines and changes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding rules and insurance processing.
