Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Program Manager to support the development process and implementation of our products within the SCaaS business. This role will have a significant impact and will work primarily from home.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and communicate progress to stakeholders while driving process improvements and ensuring delivery against product roadmaps. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of program or project management experience and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Business Management, Engineering, CS)
• 3–5 years of experience in program or project management
• PMP/PMI certification preferred (not required)
• Customer-facing experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Lead a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a product or service offering.
• Manage activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensure progress against the plan and adjust schedules/resources as needed.
• Communicate program progress, escalations, and analysis to product stakeholders; collaborate with management and partners to resolve issues and keep to budgets and roadmaps.
• Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities.
