Elessar Systems Inc. seeks a co‑founder and CEO to lead strategy, fundraising, and government go‑to‑market for the Q2 Holodeck training platform.

You will personally drive customer pursuits, pricing decisions, and major contract awards in the early phase while building the team and culture. Remote leadership reporting to the Board; deep experience in defense tech, SaaS, and regulatory compliance is required.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree required.
Fifteen+ years of progressively senior leadership, including at least five years as a CEO or executive with profit‑and‑loss responsibility.
Growth experience scaling a technology, services, or software business with pricing and go‑to‑market responsibility.
Direct experience selling to or delivering for U.S. federal/defense/public safety or critical infrastructure customers.
Capital formation experience in venture, strategic, or non‑dilutive funding.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Willingness to travel 25–30% for customer demonstrations, engagements, and investor meetings.

Responsabilidades

Set the company’s strategy and pricing across federal, state/local, and critical infrastructure markets; finalize deployment pricing and packaging; protect IP; position the product as the reference standard for C‑UAS decision training.
Lead equity fundraising; pursue non‑dilutive funding; manage budget, burn rate, and runway; establish finance and contract cost infrastructure to scale.
Own revenue, pipeline, and forecast; personally lead early pursuits and close reference customers; create repeatable contracting pathways and convert demonstrations into awards.
Set roadmap priorities with the CTO; distinguish fielded vs planned capabilities in communications; build delivery, support, and training effectiveness metrics.
Recruit leadership for revenue, finance, and delivery; build the founding team; establish culture, cadence, and accountability.
Report to the Board; ensure ISO 27001, FedRAMP or equivalent, export controls (ITAR/EAR), and security requirements; manage risks; enforce ethical standards.
Serve as the principal spokesperson to customers, agencies, industry, media, and investors; contribute to policy discussions on C‑UAS training standards.
