Job summary

Q2Impact seeks a founding Chief Executive Officer to lead a new defense-technology venture built around Q2 Holodeck™, an immersive, AI/ML-driven training platform for drone-threat response. You will own strategy, fundraising, and go-to-market execution while building the team and a repeatable commercial model.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively senior leadership experience with P&L accountability.
• Proven record of scaling technology/software/services businesses to a sustainable model.
• Experience leading or advising on fundraising and capital formation.
• Understanding of government go-to-market and defense markets.
• Ability to engage with technical leadership and demanding customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute company strategy, pricing, and market-entry plans.
• Lead capital formation, fundraising, and non-dilutive funding opportunities.
• Own revenue, pipeline forecasting, and commercial model development.
• Build the executive team and establish operating rhythms and governance.
• Represent the company to customers, investors, and industry partners.
