Job summary

A specialized environmental services firm is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead integrated CEMS systems. This remote role targets senior CEMS engineers with hands-on experience in designing turnkey systems. Candidates will assume ownership of engineering standards and provide technical leadership on projects while mentoring team members. This position offers high autonomy and responsibilities, aiming to build and grow the engineering function within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own system architecture, specifications, and engineering standards for integrated CEMS and process monitoring systems.
• Act as senior technical lead in customer and project meetings.
• Mentor engineers and senior technicians.

Skills

Extensive hands-on experience designing turnkey integrated CEMS systems

Gas analyzers and sampling systems

Shelters, enclosures, and field instrumentation

DAHS architecture and data workflows

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
