Autolus Therapeutics PLC is seeking a Director of Payer Access Cell Therapy (PACT) to lead reimbursement strategies across the Central/North East region from a remote US base. This role ensures robust coverage with commercial payers, Medicare and Medicaid, and drives payer education in collaboration with field teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of CART/Cell Therapy access, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with national and regional payers in commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Knowledge of CART/Cell Therapy access, reimbursement, and policy dynamics.
• Strong written and verbal communication for payer education.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage relationships with national and regional payers within assigned geography.
• Implement payer education plans for pre-launch and post-launch access.
• Present health economic information and the value proposition to key customers.
• Secure coverage with payers and address policy or billing challenges.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Market Access teams on payer concerns.
