Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
• 5–7 years of experience in haematology/oncology.
• Strong clinical understanding of cell therapy and treatment landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage CAR‑T account relationships with ATCs in MA and New England.
• Educate stakeholders on Autolus therapies and clinical data.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Quality.
• Drive appropriate utilization and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Cultivate strategic account plans and monitor performance.
