Job summary

Autolus Inc. seeks a Cell Therapy Account Executive to drive CAR‑T therapy adoption in Massachusetts and New England.

You will manage key ATCs, build executive relationships, and coordinate cross‑functional activities to deliver a seamless customer experience. Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in haematology/oncology or CAR‑T therapy, strong account management skills, and a collaborative approach to working with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject.
• 5–7 years’ experience in haematology/oncology or CAR‑T therapy.
• Proven track record in field-based account management and driving adoption of therapies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with Authorized Treatment Centers in the Massachusetts region.
• Drive appropriate utilization of CAR‑T therapies while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
• Lead and participate in strategic account planning and stakeholder education.
