Job summary

Exo Group LLC is seeking a CDL A driver to transport equipment and safely replace utility poles across projects in Magnolia, TX and surrounding areas. This role emphasizes safe driving, cargo handling, and coordination with the project team to ensure timely, high-quality pole installs.

You will operate a heavy tractor-trailer, perform pre/post inspections, and work with cranes and hand tools to support pole replacement while adhering to FMCSA safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Experience in pole replacement, construction, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of FMCSA safety regulations and pole replacement work.

Responsibilities

• Operate a heavy tractor-trailer with a 40,000 lb GVW capacity.
• Load/unload poles and equipment, secure cargo.
• Navigate routes and maintain logs and records.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Replace utility poles safely following guidelines and safety procedures.
• Operate cranes and other equipment as needed to install poles.
• Collaborate with team and communicate with customers on project details.
