Job summary

Exo Group LLC in Magnolia, TX is hiring a CDL Driver to transport equipment and replace utility poles. The role requires operating a heavy tractor-trailer, loading and unloading poles, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

You will work with a team to ensure timely, safe installation and ongoing asset maintenance. The position emphasizes crane operation, pole replacement, and collaboration with electricians and supervisors.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A issued for operating commercial vehicles.
• Experience with pole replacement, construction, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of FMCSA safety regulations and pole replacement work.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy tractor-trailer with up to 40,000 lb GVW.
• Load/unload poles and equipment; secure cargo.
• Navigate routes and maintain timeliness.
• Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Replace utility poles per guidelines; operate cranes and tools.
• Maintain delivery records and regulatory paperwork.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
• Collaborate with team and communicate with customers.
