Qualifications

• CDL A license required and fundamental knowledge of transportation operations.

• Proficiency with transportation management software (TMS), GPS tracking, and communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee domestic freight movements, optimizing routes and carrier selection.
• Use TMS and digital tools to track shipments and ensure on‐time deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, warehouses, and clients to resolve issues and provide updates.
• Develop strategies to improve delivery performance, reduce transit times, and boost customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintain proper records.
