UASI is seeking an OP CDI Staff Success Manager to lead the CDI team, onboard new staff, and ensure high-quality, compliant outpatient CDI services. This remote role emphasizes coaching, staffing optimization, and collaboration with leaders to meet organizational goals.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years in outpatient CDI, leadership experience, and an RN/LPN license, with CDI certifications preferred. Join a mission-driven team delivering excellence in healthcare documentation.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of outpatient CDI and/or Risk Adjustment experience.
• 2 years of leadership experience in staffing operations and workforce planning.
• Active LPN or RN license required.
• Certifications such as CCDS/CDIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new employees, identifying gaps and training opportunities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to CDI staff on project requirements and expectations.
• Monitor workload and staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage.
• Coach staff to improve quality, productivity and compliance.
