Qualifications

• Experience with telecommuting and working with EMRs and other electronic tools.
• Works well with numbers and assures work product is completed with high levels of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical documentation tasks and meet productivity and quality standards.
• Review medical records for completeness and accuracy for severity of illness.
• Issue queries when appropriate and analyze findings for root causes.

Education

CCDS or CDIP certification

Current RN license
