Job summary

CDI Specialists is seeking a CDI professional to collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and medical records to improve documentation quality. The role emphasizes chart review, query placement, and adherence to AHIMA guidelines to support accurate DRG assignment and case-mix reporting.

Qualified candidates will have CCDS/CDIP certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months, an RN license, and at least three years of CDI experience, with strong analytical and teamwork skills.

• Meet productivity and quality standards for each project.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation for outcomes measurement.
