PrideGlobal is seeking a Remote CDI Specialist to conduct concurrent and retrospective reviews, ensuring accurate documentation of diagnoses, comorbidities, and illness severity. You will support coding, billing, and medical necessity, applying clinical knowledge and CDI best practices.

In this remote role, collaboration with physicians, coders, and case management teams is essential to improve documentation and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Competenze

• Inpatient CDI experience required.
• CDI production role within last 12 months.
• Strong knowledge of pathophysiology and medications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Conduct concurrent and retrospective reviews of medical records.
• Document diagnoses, comorbidities, and severity of illness.
• Support coding, billing, and medical necessity requirements.
