Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Clinical Documentation Integrity Supervisor to support CDI managers in leading the CDI team across client engagements. You will oversee daily CDI assignments, ensure coverage, monitor KPIs, and guide provider queries while maintaining CDI best practices.

The role requires at least 5 years in acute care CDI and 2 years of management experience, with strong knowledge of coding guidelines and DRG methodologies.

Qualifications

• Must hold at least one credential: RHIA, RHIT, RN, MD or MD-equivalent clinical credentials.
• Minimum 5 years of acute care hospital CDI experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of prior management or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDI team operations and ensure coverage aligned with contracts and best practices.
• Monitor productivity, quality audits, and KPI performance across the CDI team.
• Collaborate with facility leadership, HIM, Coding, and Quality to improve documentation and reporting.
