BestWin Staffing is seeking a Chief Business Officer (CBO) for an AI-driven drug discovery and development organization. This remote, full-time executive role partners with the CEO to shape commercial strategy, secure partnerships, and drive capital-efficient growth.

You will lead BD, licensing, and investor communications, overseeing due diligence, financial modeling, and alliance management across pharmaceutical and biotech ecosystems.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, life sciences business development.
• At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in BD, strategic partnerships, licensing, or corporate strategy.
• Proven success negotiating and closing pharmaceutical/biotech partnerships and licensing transactions.
• Strong understanding of drug discovery and development and commercial implications of risks.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled drug discovery, computational biology, or data-driven platforms.
• Experience developing business cases, transaction valuations, financial models, and forecasts.
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, relationship management, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with scientific capabilities, technology platforms, and growth objectives.
• Evaluate commercial opportunities involving AI-enabled discovery services, collaborations, platform partnerships, and therapeutic assets.
• Lead partner outreach, opportunity evaluation, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
• Structure partnerships with defined objectives, deliverables, financial terms, and governance arrangements.
• Coordinate due diligence, IP ownership, data rights, and commercialization terms.
• Represent the organization in industry conferences, partnering meetings, and executive discussions.
