This US–Remote Eligible role offers base pay between $151,000 and $175,000 USD, with potential bonus/equity depending on performance and company policy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in quantitative field required.
• Strong knowledge of causal inference and experimental design.
• Experience with Bayesian modeling and statistical inference.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying statistical or ML models in production.
• Proficient in Python/R and SQL.
• Excellent communication of complex findings.
• Ability to translate findings into impactful narratives.

Responsibilities

• Design causal inference experiments and quasi-experiments to measure impact.
• Build causal ML models to optimize budgets and outcomes.
• Quantify long-term effects of product changes and detect heterogeneous effects.
• Communicate insights to leaders to drive data-informed decisions.
