Job summary

Ascension Publishing Group in Exton, PA is seeking a Salesperson to build relationships with Catholic schools and drive adoption of our curriculum products among principals, religion teachers, curriculum coordinators, and school leadership. You will manage a robust sales pipeline, conduct product demonstrations, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Theology, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, education, publishing, ministry, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel to conferences, customer meetings, and Ascension’s Exton, PA headquarters.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive outreach to Catholic schools, building relationships with principals, teachers, and leaders.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline for school adoption opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and follow-up conversations for prospective schools.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Curriculum, and Parish teams to support implementation.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and opportunities in HubSpot and monitor progress.
