Job summary

The Augustine Institute seeks a mission-driven Sr. Director of Sales to scale our commercial efforts across Formed, Word of Life, and diocesan resources.

This senior leader will bridge SaaS-style sales operations with Catholic parish and school needs, working with Product leadership and reporting to the SVP of Content and Growth. Responsibilities include leading inbound/outbound sales, overseeing sales operations, and cultivating high-level diocesan partnerships to expand the reach of our

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales leadership experience in EdTech, SaaS, or religious publishing.
• 10+ years of industry experience with a track record in scaling sales teams.
• Experience partnering with product and marketing to drive GTM initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage complex, enterprise-level client relationships (parishes, dioceses).

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound and outbound sales, sales operations, and diocesan partnerships.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue targets for Formed, Word of Life, parish programs, and new products.
• Oversee CRM, data analytics, and forecasting to drive efficient, data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure seamless MQL to SQL handoffs and consistent brand messaging.
• Build and develop a high-performing sales team with a focus on professional excellence and spiritual alignment.
